Our Team comprises of 23 consultants drawn from various areas of specialized business like Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, Operations, Human Resource, Manufacturing, who are responsible for initially screening the candidates on the basic technical requirements. With their rich experience of their own specialized areas, the team is able to make a fair assessment of the candidate, which is then provided to the client organization for further shortlisting.

A separate team of HR professionals subsequently takes the candidates through some structured psychometric tests and creates their overall profile. These profiles help find the best fit for organization-its policies, its work culture, its attitude towards business and it’s positioning in the marketplace.
